Intellectual property rights of Many-Worlds SLU

Protection of hosted information
Many-Worlds SLU performs backups of hosted content but is not responsible for accidental loss or deletion by users. Total restoration is not guaranteed if data was modified or deleted since the last backup.
Except for specific backup services, restoration of content lost due to user action is not included; in such cases, a fee will be determined based on complexity and volume, with prior user acceptance.
Data restoration is included in the service price only if content loss is attributable to Many-Worlds SLU.
Commercial communications
In accordance with LSSI, Many-Worlds SLU will not send promotional communications via email or equivalent electronic means without prior request or consent from recipients. For users with an existing contractual relationship, Many-Worlds SLU may send commercial communications related to products or services similar to those initially contracted.
Users may request, after identity verification, not to receive further commercial information through Customer Service channels.
